COVID Meditation for Restored Health

Let’s look at one action we can all take to diminish the effects of another wave of Covid in the world.

Sit comfortably, either on the floor or in a chair.

Keep your spine straight. Close your eyes.

Place your hands in your lap, palms up, right hand on the left.

Enjoy a few relaxing breaths. Ease tension in your body.

Breathe deeply, feel your energy build ad grow, and feel your spine stretch taller. How wonderful!

Breathe out and feel your energy relax and settle down. You are recharged, refreshed, and reset.

Smile gently. While breathing in and up and out and down, allow a sensation of deep inner calm and serenity to rise in you.

Visualize a shining orb of brilliant light in the center of your torso.
Imagine this light is the energy of healing, restoration, and rejuvenation within you.
Focus on this healing light for a while, with deep curiosity.
Don’t worry if your mind wanders. Just gently bring it back to watching the light.

Visualize the orb of light growing stronger and brighter, radiating light throughout your entire body.
Feel that all obstacles, negativity, scars, tiredness, and disease are completely let go from your body.
The light fills your body with peace and tranquility. Say the words “peace” and “tranquility” silently in your mind over and over again.

Hold that feeling for the remainder of the meditation.

When you have watched and enjoyed for ten or more minutes, take a relaxing breath and return your attention to the room.
