Wind in Ninja Lab Part One

Kata are treasure chests of concepts that help you live safe and happy. They are NOT things to be memorized and regurgitated. Shinobi Science in Ninja Lab is a training method to unlock what’s in the kata and create understanding in you so that you can move appropriately in any situation.

In this course we explore and experiment with the first half of the techniques and kata in the Wind level of To-Shin Do, discovering advanced concepts and ideas of self protection. This is not a beginner level explanation it is a deep dive into what is in the kata.
