Growth of To-Shin Do in clubs and dojos is always a good thing. More people have more of an opportunity to study our martial art in person in their own city.
Here’s something that should be mentioned as we grow. You need to be sure that your teaching staff is up to date and teaching from the SKH Quest To-Shin Do program. No need to wing it or make up your teaching method as you go along. We have several programs designed to help you out.
Every Coach candidate should purchase, commit to studying, and re-visiting regularly the SKH Quest Coach 15 book pages, video lessons, and Coach patch crest.
Every Trainer candidate should purchase, commit to studying, and re-visiting regularly the SKH Quest book 35 pages, video lessons, and Trainer patch crest.
In the past, club and dojo owners have contacted us and requested Coach and Trainer patch crests, but without the courses. Not sure what the people studied or how they were trained to qualify for those crest patches.
From now on, we would ask club and dojo owners to be sure that students in the leadership programs have the complete package. We will even generously wholesale the sets for owners to make them available to all leadership program participants.
