How do I become a subscriber?

What is my username and password?
If you recently purchased a subscription to NinjaSelfDefense.com you should receive an email confirming your subscription. Please be sure to check your spam folder for it. If you don’t find one please contact us at support@ninjaselfdefense.com.

How do I change my profile?
You can view and change your profile by visiting your profile page. When you’re logged in, you can see all of your information, including the subscriptions that are currently active.

When I click play on the video it just spins and never loads. What do I do?
The majority of our members use Google Chrome, a fast and free browser available here. NinjaSelfDefense.com works very well when using Chrome. Alternatively you can use Firefox or Safari web browsers. For many reasons the Internet Explorer web browser has the highest number of issues and therefore is only used by a very small percentage of our members. I click on a video to watch it, but it says I don’t have access. What do I do?
There are three levels of access to NinjaSelfDefense.com: Basic, Advanced and Master Level. Basic Access contains the lessons that make up the material in our To-Shin Do curriculum. Advanced access dives deeper into principles and instruction of the art. Master Level Access gets all that plus seminar footage and future workshop webinars that will be coming soon. How do I upgrade my access to NinjaSelfDefense.com?

Is there an online community?
We have a private Facebook group where members can request access here. Access to this group is a privilege extended to our To-Shin Do members and subscribers at NinjaSelfDefense.com.

Can I get rank?
Yes you can. Information about ranking procedures is available here.

How long does it take to achieve black belt based on the curriculum you offer?
How long does it take to Black Belt is dependent on the person, how they are training, and how much time they have to train.

How do I get training feedback?
You can get direct training and feedback from An-Shu Stephen K. Hayes and the To-Shin Do Shihan Masters at live events or online. For a list of online events go here. Schedule online private lessons here.

How do I become an instructor / start training group?
